Halina Cafe & Bar | Banana Leaf Feast

I recently had the chance to take photos for a menu at Halina Cafe & Bar. This project was exciting because it was not just about the food. We also worked with diners who helped bring the experience to life.

Halina Cafe & Bar is set to launch the first Filipino Boodle Fight in Halifax. This promises to be a fun time for families and friends. The Boodle Fight is a unique way to enjoy meals together. Guests will share a large spread of delicious Filipino dishes.

The menu features grilled Filipino barbecue, tender pork belly, and juicy chicken. There will also be crispy lechon kawali and fried tilapia for everyone to enjoy. For seafood lovers, a sumptuous seafood boil will be available. Adding to the feast, drinks and Sinigang soup are included. And of course, rice is all you can eat!

I took care to capture the rich colors and textures of the food. The dishes looked vibrant and inviting on camera. The diners, smiling and sharing food, added to the warm atmosphere. This blend of people enjoying good food really tells the story of Filipino culture.
